Mama Moves is the new safe space for all new and experienced mums to come and exercise in a safe space with no judgment.
Exercise classes designed to help you get back into exercise safely and to help you feel a little more confident with who and where you are in life.
Whether you are a 6 week+ postpartum Mum or have children who are up and about, you are welcome to become part of the community we will create together.
Classes will be ran be a qualified pre and postnatal instructor so be assured you are in safe hands.
